Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
